Kira had to be euthanized
I'm sad to say that Kira had to be euthenized today. She had a second bout of colon problems, and with her diabetes we didn't think it the prognosis was good for a full recovery. The vet had already anesthetized her for the X-rays (Kira never did like the Dr., she learned it from me I guess) so we had to make the hard choice to have her euthanized.
I miss her.

Lise and Aaron, Sorry to read about Kira. I know it was a hard decision to let her go. May you find peace in knowing she is no longer in pain. I wll be thinking of you today. Ruby
